Aberdeen resident Kevin D. Gould died Saturday, March 29, 2025 in Hoquiam. He was 66.

James H. ‘Jim’ White

James Henry “Jim” White, a lifetime resident of the Harbor, died on Friday, April 11, 2025, at Harbor Regional Health Community Hospital in Aberdeen. He was 78.

He was an engineer in the U.S. Army 9th Infantry, 11th Cavalry including a term in Vietnam. Later he worked as a timber faller for Johnson Brothers and ITT Rayonier, Camp 14 at Crane Creek.

A celebration of life with military honors will be at noon Sunday, May 4, followed by a potluck at the Hoquiam VFW.

Arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

Louise Smith

Longtime Harbor resident Louise Smith died Thursday, April 3, 2025, at home in Hoquiam. She was 95.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, April 18, at Hoquiam’s Sunset Memorial Park. A reception will follow at the Hoquiam Elks Lodge.

Arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.
