Leonard Young

Leonard Lee Young, a lifetime Grays Harbor resident, died Saturday, June 17, 2023, at his home in Aberdeen. He was 93.

There will be a reception at the Aberdeen Elks Lodge on Saturday, Sept. 30 at noon. Cremation arrangements are by Twibell’s Fern Hill Funeral Home in Aberdeen.

Christine Smith

Christine A. Smith, age 78, a longtime resident of Hoquiam, died Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2023, in Olympia.

She had worked at Grays Harbor Paper.

A private family service is being planned. Arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

Gregory W. Jantzen

Aberdeen resident Gregory Wallace Jantzen died Monday, Sept. 18, 2023. He was 72.

Cremation arrangements are by Harrison Family Mortuary of Aberdeen.

Charles Stover

Charles Stover died Sunday, Sept. 24, 2023, at the age of 93.

He worked as a saw filer at Blagen’s Lumber Company then moved on to Lamb Grays Harbor where he was in charge of the spare parts department.

A private graveside service will be held on Sept. 29, at Hoquiam’s Sunset Memorial Park. Cremation arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.
