Roger J. Francisco

Roger James Francisco, 94, died on April 192020, at Pacific Care and Rehabilitation Center. He was a former employee of the maintenance department for Grays Harbor Community Hospital. A “singspiration” was held by his daughters beside their parents’ graves at his request.
