Antonio L. Alvarado Sr.

Aberdeen resident Antonio Lauro Alvarado Sr., a corrections officer at Stafford Creek Correctional Facility, died Saturday, Dec. 17, 2022, at Harbor Regional Health Community Hospital in Aberdeen. He was 59.

There will be a time of visitation and viewing from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 29, in Fern Hill Funeral Home in Aberdeen, followed by a funeral Mass at St. Mary Catholic Church in Aberdeen at 1 p.m. Burial will take place at Fern Hill Cemetery in Aberdeen following Mass.

John Gerald ‘Jerry’ Erickson

John Gerald “Jerry” Erickson, longtime owner of Levee Lumber in Hoquiam, died Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2022, at Harbor Regional Hospital in Aberdeen.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2022, at the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Aberdeen.

Interment at Sunset Memorial Park in Hoquiam preceded the service.
