Marjorie Louise Jennings

Former Hoquiam resident Marjorie Louise Jennings of Morton died on Oct. 23, 2022, in Morton. She was 82.

A graveside service was held Monday, Nov. 14, at Sunset Memorial Park in Hoquiam followed by a memorial service at the Central Park Community Church.

Arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam

Orbrey ‘Orb’ Wieland

Lifelong Hoquiam resident Orbrey “Orb” Wesley Wieland died Tuesday, Nov. 8, following a brief stay at Grays Harbor Health and Rehabilitation Center in Aberdeen. He was 90.

He had worked for Hay’s Dairy, Arden Farms and Dairy Fresh Farms.

A private memorial is planned for a later date.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network in memory of his son Jim.

Cremation arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

Barbara A. Walker

Barbara Ann Walker of Aberdeen died Thursday, Nov. 3, 2022, at Harbor Regional Health Community Hospital in Aberdeen. She was 77.

Cremation arrangements are by Harrison Family Mortuary of Aberdeen.

Michael Shepard

Michael G. Shepard, a longtime resident of the Neilton area, died Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2022, at home. He was 72.

He had worked at the Lake Quinault High School in maintenance and as an IT technician. He had also served as a volunteer fireman, having been the chief from 2010 to 2012 and as assistant chief since then.

A celebration of life is being planned and will be announced in a later edition of The Daily World.

Cremation arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

Russell Sipe

Russell E. Sipe of Aberdeen died in September 2022.

Cremation arrangements are by McComb & Wagner Funeral Home in Shelton.
