Annie L. Jones

OLYMPIA — Annie Louise Jones, a resident of the Chehalis Reservation, died Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia. She was 77.

She had worked for the Chehalis tribe for 35 years, as a daycare cook and a cook for Headstart and had sold fireworks.

A candlelight service will be at 7 p.m. Saturday, July 30, at the Oakville Shaker Church. An Indian Shaker service will be held at 10 a.m. Sunday, July 31, also at the church.

Interment will follow at the Chehalis Tribal Cemetery.

Arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.
