TUMWATER — Darrin F. Jones Jr., a resident of Tumwater, died Monday, June 13, 2022, at his home in Tumwater. He was 31. He was raised on the Chehalis Reservation and graduated from Oakville High School in 2009.

He had worked in construction and most recently was a store clerk at Station 88 and the End of the Trail Store.

A candlelight service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 15, at the Oakville Shaker Church. An Indian Shaker service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 16. Interment will follow at the Grand Mound Cemetery.
