Deanna Kae Stoneback, 61, passed away on Friday, April 23, 2021, at Capital Medical Center in Olympia, Washington. She was born on Oct. 14, 1959, to Bert and Charlotte Johnson in Aberdeen, Washington, and lived in Grays Harbor all her life.

Deanna attended Ocosta High School and was an equipment operator at Ocean Spray for about 20 years. She loved to visit the East Coast to travel and sight-see. She took great pleasure in spending time in her flower beds and taking care of her house. Her cat — “ Moog” — was doted upon and much-loved.

Deanna is survived by her mother: Charlotte Johnson-Markham, a son Kurt ( Casey) Stoneback of Hoquiam, Washington; a daughter, Rebecca Stoneback of Washington; a brother: Kevin ( Laurie) Johnson of Hoquiam, Washington; four sisters: Dawna (KC) Hile of Westport, Washington, Jenny (Harold) Williams of Westport, Washington, Andrea (Jay) Stene of Little Rock, Washington and Renee Johnson of Markham, Washington; one grandchild: McKenna Doll of Hoquiam, Washington; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Twibell’s Fern Hill Funeral Home in Aberdeen, Washington.
