Carmen Elizabeth Gran-Garza passed away on Nov. 4, 2022, in Moses Lake, Washington.

Carmen Fisher was born at Saint Joseph Hospital in Aberdeen, Washington in 1970. Carmen is survived by her mother Loretta Marshall and by her father James Fisher; five sisters: Nikki Petersen, Charity Dawson, Jamie Nicholson, Brandy Stoner and Kaylee Marshall; one brother Scott Fisher; her three children: Shelby Gran, Taylor Gran and Camron Gran; two stepchildren Dacian Garza and Deacon Garza, and six grandchildren. She has one sister-in-law and four brothers-in-law.

A celebration of Carmen’s life will be held at Grace Harvest Church, 313 Fig St., Moses Lake, Washington. 509-766-2911, Monday, Nov. 28, at 2 p.m.
