Bruce Richard Henry

Bruce Richard Henry of Aberdeen passed away Sunday, Feb. 23, 2025 at Harbor Regional Health. He was 66.

Bruce was born Sept. 16, 1958 in Aberdeen, Washington to Scott Sr. and Wilma (Danner) Henry. Bruce was raised in Hoquiam and attended Hoquiam High School and Grays Harbor College. He had also lived in Forks.

Bruce started working in the 6th grade delivering newspapers. He had numerous logging jobs, worked as a welder, worked at Rayonier Pulp Mill, was a shake rat and a boiler maker.

Bruce attended New Beginnings Church-CYC as a child (Christian Youth Council).

Bruce was an artist, he wrote poems, was a coin collector, and lover of all cars. Above all he loved his mother and his children.

Bruce was married to Linda, the love of his life for 21 years. They had three children together; Jason of Aberdeen, Patrick of Tacoma and Bryan of Ocean Shores. He is also survived by his mother Wilma Jean Watkins; siblings Scott Henry of Brennon, Washington; Jerry Ross of Montana; John and Michael Henry of Centralia, Debi Pieraccini (Bruno) of Aberdeen, Cynthia Longmead (Tim) of Black Diamond and Karen Stutesman (Floyd) of Hoquiam; five grandchildren: Deon, Kristy, Trinity, Christian and Haley and one great-grandchild.

A memorial service was held at Saturday, March 1, 2025, at New Beginnings Church, 301 North B Street, Aberdeen, Washington.
