Loving grandmother, mother, sister and friend Bonnie Jean Bradshaw (Hench) passed away Friday, Oct. 16, 2020, at her home surrounded by her family. She was 69 years old. Bonnie was born to Clifford and Florence Hench on Aug. 18, 1951, in Seattle, Washington.
While growing up, Bonnie and her family had spent some of her childhood in White Center, Washington until her family moved down to Montesano, Washington in 1955. Bonnie went to school at Montesano High School where she met the love of her life John Bradshaw. They later married on Oct. 14, 1967, in Montesano. After marriage she went on to work at a shake mill in Oakville, Washington in the 1980s. While working at the mill she sustained an injury and was not able to go back to work. Bonnie was then able to stay home and raise her children.
During her life Bonnie had several hobbies she enjoyed. She loved to go camping with her family, collecting carousel figurines, completing crossword puzzles, playing scratch tickets and taking long road trips with her husband. She was also a member of the Eagles Club in Elma.
Bonnie is survived by her husband of 53 years John Bradshaw of Malone, Washington; sons: Steve (Toni) Bradshaw of Hoquiam, Washington; Thomas Bradshaw of Aberdeen, Washington; Johnny (Sheila) Bradshaw of Central Park, Washington; Danny (Lynn) Bradshaw of Ocean Shores, Washington and Bradley Bradshaw of Malone; sisters: Linda Madison of Oakville; Sandy Holmes of Aberdeen and Carol Trana of Hattiesburg, Mississippi; grandchildren: Megan, Bryan (Kyle), Elijah, Thea (James), Christopher, Braylynn, Brittany (Matt), Krista and Kara (John); as well as great-grandchildren: Johnathon, Armondo, Kendra, Jasmine, Timothy, Lincoln, Rentera, Sophia, Kayden and Maycee.
She is preceded in death by her parents Clifford and Florence Hench; brothers: Troy Burnham, Terry Burnham and Tom Hench; and grandson Timothy Mitchell Bradshaw.
There will be a celebration of life for Bonnie at the Brady Grange Hall Sunday, Nov. 1, at 1 p.m.
