Bev passed away July 31, 2017, in Tumwater, Wash. She was born in Aberdeen, Wash. and graduated from Elma High School.

She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Henry Whiting, her parents Frank Andrew Badgley and Mayme Bernice Richards, her brother Frank Edwin Badgley, and her beloved granddaughter Lisa Jo (Whiting) Spalvins. She is survived by son Frank Whiting (Janice), daughter Diana Scamporlina (Dan), daughter Marcia Joines (Dennis), seven grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

There will be no service.
