Beverly Ann Todenhoft, a longtime resident of Central Park, died Dec. 28, 2021, at home.

Beverly Ann Todenhoft, age 83, a longtime resident of Central Park, died on Dec. 28, 2021, peacefully at her home in Central Park. Mrs. Todenhoft was born on Jan. 19, 1938, in Sidney, Nebraska. She was raised in Gurley, Nebraska and graduated from Gurley High School in 1955.

She and Arthur Todenhoft were married in Sterling, Colorado in 1958. The couple moved to Hoquiam in 1960.

Beverly had worked for the Department of Social and Health Services for over 20 years, retiring in 2007. During that time, she had worked in various capacities, including clerical, financial worker and daycare coordinator.

She had been a longtime and active member of Calvary Lutheran Church. She also loved shopping, having her hair and nails done, meeting with her “lunch bunch,” gardening, watching cowboy movies and rooting for the local football teams. However she remained a lifelong fan of Nebraska Cornhuskers Football.

Family always came first. She loved and cherished both her close and extended family including many family pets through the years. She loved her family reunions that were affectionately known as the “Rip Roaring Rowdy Rohde Reunions.”

Surviving family members include her daughter, Tanya M. Lash (Jesse Huggins) of Montesano; one son, Bradley Todenhoft of Puyallup; three grandchildren: Chad Cokeley, Riley Lash and Joshua Todenhoft; brothers, Lavonne Rohde (Betty) of Lawton, Oklahoma and Randy Rohde (Marlene) of Columbus, Nebraska and her grand puppy, Baxter Lash.

In addition to her husband Arthur, she was preceded in death by brothers: Wayne, Ronald, Gerald and Larry Rohde, sisters, Shirley Carlson and Norma Jean Morrell and an infant daughter Arthurine Todenhoft.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2022, at Calvary Lutheran Church, 2515 Sumner Avenue, Aberdeen, WA 98520. Please make any memorial donations to the church.

Cremation arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.
