A celebration of life for Spokane resident Andrea Michele (York) Barkstrom, who died Nov. 22, 2020, at home will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 28, at the Muselle-Rhodes Funeral Home in Milton-Freewater, Oregon. Inurnment will follow at the Milton-Freewater Cemetery.
