The Aberdeen Police Department wants helpl locating Silverio Velazquez-Tetlactle. He is wanted for first degree rape of a child and has a felony warrant out of Grays Harbor County Superior Court for his arrest.

Velazquez-Tetlactle is 31 years old, 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds.
