The State Patrol is seeking a hit-and-run driver who struck a pedestrian on State Route 105 in Pacific County on Saturday evening.
A 48-year-old Spokane man was walking southbound along the highway about two miles south of Grayland at Logan Road a little before 9 p.m. when the unknown driver of a white Chevrolet pickup struck him, according to the State Patrol statement. His injuries were not disclosed but he was transported by aid car to Grays Harbor Community Hospital.
The offending driver was making a left turn from Logan Road onto the highway when the pedestrian was struck. The State Patrol is asking the public’s help in identifying the driver and urges anyone with information to call them at 360-473-0300.
