Siblings busted for DUI by same state trooper Friday night

Siblings were taken into custody for suspicion of DUI by the same Washington State Patrol Trooper in Hoquiam Friday night, according to Trooper Chelsea Hodgson. The brother and sister were spotted speeding and passing each other in separate vehicles on State Route 109.
