Robert Gray Elementary School in Aberdeen held a career day in its gymnasium on Monday with numerous businesses, organizations and authorities in attendance.

From real estate to fish and wildlife, students from kindergarten through 5th grade had the opportunity to chat with representatives of several businesses and industries, including The Daily World.

Participants included: Mayor of Aberdeen Douglas Orr, Grays Harbor PUD, Tumwater Police Department, Hoquiam Police Department, Aberdeen Fire Department, Chavez Beauty School, Quigg and Co. Real Estate, Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, Sierra Pacific, Hoquiam Timberland Library, Moyer Multimedia, Harbor Pacific Bottling, JT’s Northwest Construction, singer Ben Fagerstedt, Quinton Electric, and more.
