Online public meeting to focus on dismantling the Enchanted Valley Chalet

There will be an online public meeting about the Enchanted Valley Chalet,

The National Park Service is recommending that the chalet in Olympic National Park be dismantled and removed. The Park Service is hosting a virtual public meeting on Wednesday to go over the project and answer questions.

Attend the virtual public meeting this Wednesday to hear about all the factors that led Olympic National Park to recommend removing the EVC, and then submit your comments by Aug. 2. Phone and email comments will not be accepted. Comments will need to be submitted through the NPS project planning website or mailed to: Olympic National Park, Attn: Superintendent Sarah Creachbaum, Enchanted Valley Chalet EA, 600 East Park Ave., Port Angeles, WA 98362.
