Meet your new Grays Harbor County Commissioners

While the final ballots are still being counted, Greater Grays Harbor, Inc. is “feeling excitement in the air” as they prepare for their next Business Forum Lunch Nov. 19 featuring two new Grays Harbor Commissioners.

For Grays Harbor Commissioner No. 1, Republican Georgia Miller is our new county commissioner with 55% of the vote, beating Democrat Chris Thomas who brought in 45%. For Grays Harbor Commissioner No. 2, Republican Rick Hole is barely edging out Democrat Brian Blake. Hole has 12,360 votes compared to Blake’s 12,238, making the race too close to call as of press time.

Either way, don’t miss this opportunity to meet the 2025 Grays Harbor County Commissioners, hear their priorities and goals for our county, and have your questions answered.

Vickie Raines, District No. 3 Grays Harbor County Commissioner, will be in attendance along with the two newly elected commissioners.

Each commissioner will introduce themselves to the crowd before joining in a moderated Q&A focusing on the most important topics affecting Grays Harbor County as well as their plans for their time in office. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to submit their own questions to the commissioners.

A catered buffet lunch by Kit’s Catering Kitchen is included in the cost of the event. All guests are required to pre-register for this event. There will be no options to pay at the door and walk-ins will not be allowed. Cost is $30 for Greater Grays Harbor, Inc., and $40 for non-members.

The registration portal will close on Tuesday, Nov. 12 at 5 p.m. in order for Greater Grays Harbor, Inc. to plan and prepare for the event.
