The Hoquiam School District announced Tuesday it has added four sites and times for its distribution of free grab and go meals for all kids age 18 and younger.

The additional sites and times include:

• Rosewood Manor, 1900 Broadway, 10:45-11:15 a.m.

• Washington School, 3003 Cherry Street, 11:30 a.m.-noon.

• Red Rooster, 2801 Highway 101, 10:30 a.m.-11 a.m.

• Copalis Crossing Fire Station, 1617 Ocean Beach Road, 11:30 am.-noon.

These are in addition to the existing sites where meals are available 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. weekdays:

• Grays Harbor YMCA, 2500 Simpson Ave.

• Central Elementary, 305 Simpson Ave.

Lincoln Elementary, 700 Wood St.

Emerson Elementary, 101 West Emerson.

One lunch and one breakfast will be provided weekdays. Friday, three breakfasts and lunches will be provided at all locations to get kids through the weekend.

District office to close

Due to Gov. Jay Inslee’s “Stay Home-Stay Healthy Proclamation” the Hoquiam School District will be adjusting office hours.

The office will be closed March 26-April 3rd the office will be closed. All questions must be directed via email to districtoffice@hoquiam.net. No phone messages will be received.

The office will tentatively resume operation with essential staff April 6. Office doors will be locked to the public and communication will only be through telephone and email.
