An Aberdeen resident pulled another citizen back over the railing of the Wishkah Street bridge on Monday, fearing the person was suicidal and trying to jump off, police said.

According to the Aberdeen Police, the resident saw a despondent citizen climb over the pedestrian railing of the bridge early Monday morning, before pulling them back over the railing, calling 911, and waiting with the subject until officers arrived.
