4 injured in suspected DUI crash in Ocean Park

A Woodland woman is facing two counts of vehicular assault after a crash on State Route 103 in Ocean Park sent four people to the hospital Tuesday.

According to the State Patrol, the 37-year-old Woodland woman was driving a 2004 Jeep Liberty southbound on State Route 103 near 245th Street and attempted to make a left onto 245th Street shortly before 6 p.m. She reportedly failed to yield to a northbound Toyota Prius driven by a 66-year-old Portland woman and struck the passenger side of the northbound vehicle.

The State Patrol report indicates the Woodland woman was driving while impaired.

The four injured included both drivers, a 50-year-old Lacey man who was a passenger in the Jeep, and a 39-year-old Portland man who was a passenger in the Prius. All four were transported to Ocean Beach Hospital with undisclosed injuries.
