Serious injury collision on State Route 109

The Hoquiam Police Department and Washington State Patrol responded to a serious injury collision on Paulson Road in west Hoquiam on Tuesday evening. According to a Hoquiam Police statement, the initial investigation shows a red Honda Civic was traveling south on Paulson Road from State Route 109 “while accelerating rapidly. The Honda left the roadway to the west, onto the gravel for over 100 feet prior to colliding with a Nissan truck which was parked on the west shoulder of Paulson Road.”
