Aberdeen teacher charged with dealing child porn

A 31-year-old Aberdeen teacher is in jail for allegedly dealing child pornography, the Elma Police Department reported Friday.

According to a press release from the Elma Police Department, officers executed a search warrant Tuesday at the teacher’s home in the 600 block of North Second Street in Elma after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, police said.

Police arrested the teacher Friday, and he was booked into jail on suspicion of dealing child pornography and possessing child pornography.

Officers seized multiple computers and hard drives at the home, stated the press release.

The Daily World has learned that Jeffrey Daniel Gross, age 31, was booked into the Grays Harbor County Jail at 12:30 p.m. Friday. A person named Jeffrey Gross is listed as a science teacher at Aberdeen High School on the school’s staff directory.
