The Winter Wine Festival in Elma this weekend brought hundreds of fans of food, drink and trinkets to the County Fairgrounds. Bands performed; drinks were poured; and a good time was had by many. The Elma Chamber of Commerce, which sponsored the event, said Mill Lane Winery, of Tenino, won the people’s choice award.
