LaGRANDE, Ore. — Ocean Shores resident Holly Reed has been named to Eastern Oregon University’s dean’s list for the 2020 fall term.

Patricia McGarrah of Elma was recently initiated into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation’s oldest and most selective all-discipline collegiate honor society.

McGarrah was initiated at Saint Martin’s University.
