St. Mary School stages ‘Lion King Jr.’

The single performance will begin Friday at 6 p.m. at the Aberdeen High School auditorium.

The St. Mary School Drama Club is staging “Lion King Jr.,” a one-hour musical production.

The single performance will begin Friday at 6 p.m. at the Aberdeen High School auditorium.

Director Tamara Helland, who also leads the AHS drama department, has a pair of assistant directors.

“This a senior project for two of my AHS students,” said Helland. “Marissa Wagner and Zoe Templeton have both been in my program for five years and have worked over 40 hours on this project.”

Tickets are $3 per person or $10 per family, available at the door.
