Peter Pan flies into Raymond from London

The Raymond Theatre will show a London production of “Peter Pan” via satellite broadcast.

This weekend, the Raymond Theatre will show a London production of “Peter Pan” via satellite broadcast.

London’s National Theatre presents up to 25 live theatrical productions each year. In order to reach a larger audience, they began filming select productions in 2009. They have recorded more than 40 to date, which have been shown in more than 2,000 venues around the world.

Raymond Theatre Manager Erik Holland coordinated with Grays Harbor College to prepare the historic facility for this venture. “Peter Pan” is the first such production to be shown in Raymond.

The play will be shown Saturday from 2 to 4:30 p.m. Tickets will be available at the door for $15.
