Alaskan pianist Johnny B. will present “Rhythm of the North” this Saturday at the Bishop Center at Grays Harbor College.

The Berklee College of Music alumnus has been tickling the ivories since 1957. He has done everything from playing music on street corners across the country to working as co-host and music director on Tom Bodett’s radio show, “The End of the Road.”

On Saturday, he’ll weave his humorous storytelling skills with original piano compositions and familiar songs — not to mention some smoking-hot boogie-woogie.

His performance, sponsored by the Sierra Pacific Foundation, will begin at 7:30 p.m. Saturday. Tickets are available for $10 each at ghc.edu/Bishop or by calling 360-538-4066.
