Heavy fog gave the annual Festival of Lights parade an ethereal glow Saturday evening in Montesano.

Heavy fog gave the annual Festival of Lights parade an ethereal glow Saturday evening in Montesano. Throngs of people lined the streets to watch.

Montesano Police Chief Brett Vance didn’t have an estimate, but said “the crowd grows every year.”
