WSU Master Gardeners of Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties are accepting applications for the annual $1,000 Don Tapio Scholarship.

The program is open to high school seniors in Grays Harbor and Pacific counties, including alternative and home-schooled students, who intend to major in a horticulture/life sciences-related field.

Documents may be dropped off by 5 p.m. May 1 at the WSU Extension office, 32 Elma-McCleary Road, Elma. The mailing address is WSU Extension-Grays Harbor County, PO Box 3018, Elma, WA 98541-3018. Mailings must be postmarked on or before May 1.

The recipient will be selected by the Master Gardener Don Tapio Scholarship Committee. Applicants will be notified by mail of the decision.
