Rocky is a 1-year-old lab mix. He’s crazily energetic, with a grand sense of humor. Rocky has been given the gift of gab and has a bit of a problem with his decibel level. He’ll need someone to work with him and help him to learn how to make his needs known, without all the noise. He’s cute, friendly, neutered and up to date on his vaccinations.
