Born on Memorial Day 2016, Cecil is a loving and loyal friend. He loves water! Chasing the hose and swimming are favorite pastimes.

Cecil, a long-haired German shepherd, enjoys interaction and is always willing to offer up a toy for you to throw. Squeaky balls are the best! He’s good on and off leash.
