Longtime Pacific County residents Jim and Carolyn Hillery of Raymond recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary.

The couple was married March 4, 1961, in King County, Washington, and they have lived more than 58 years on the Twin Harbors.

Jim had worked at Weyerhaeuser and Carolyn was employed by the Pacific County Health Department.

The couple’s children are John and his wife Susie Hillery of Menlo, and Jamie and wife Jody of Granite Falls. They also have six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
