I had my first shot, finally, at the Port on Friday, March 5 — did not feel a thing.

My kudos to whomever organizes the mass vaccination process there. In the mechanical prospective, it’s a well-oiled machine.

Texas governor wants to open up the entire state like nothing is wrong.

Well, there is — politics and a Republican governor. I hope the people of Texas and the other states have enough common sense not to abide by his decision.

If we get out of this pandemic by next year, we will be lucky. All it will take is some smarts.
