We need your help!

The South Beach VFW Post 3057 and Auxiliary hosts an annual Christmas Party for children through age 12. Each child receives an age-appropriate gift and a chance to win a new bike and helmet. There have been as many as 300 children, along with their parents in attendance. The day includes lunch, a chat with Santa and Mrs. Claus and picture to take with them.

In the past we have raised funding for this event by having a dinner and an auction advertised as “Christmas in July.” Businesses in the South Beach area, Hoquiam, Aberdeen, Olympia and Seattle have donated items for the auction. Local residents have also helped with monetary donations. Everyone’s generosity was greatly appreciated.

This year there will not be a “Christmas in July” fund-raising event. However with your help, the Children’s Christmas Party can continue.

Monetary donations are needed to buy children’s gifts, or donations of new bikes and helmets (of any size). Any help you can give will ensure that the children’s party is a success..

We are a nonprofit organization and all donations are tax-deductible. If requested, you will be provided with a receipt with our Tax ID number for your records.
