I recently had an opportunity to enjoy the caring hospitality at Grays Harbor Community Hospital. I would like to thank the EMTs who picked me up and took me to our local hospital. They mentioned taking me to St. Peter’s, but then said the Cath Lab at GHCH was open and took me there.

I was met at the door by cardiologist, Dr. Lee, who introduced himself and said he would take care of the problem. He quickly performed the procedure, so that there was no further damage to my heart.

All the nurses and technicians who cared for me were skilled, knowledgeable and caring. They always came promptly when I called and asked if there was anything else I needed before leaving my room. I forgot a pair of earrings when I went home and one of the nurses dropped them off at my house for me.

The excellent care I received went well beyond required patient service. I am so thankful that we have a wonderful hospital, with dedicated staff available for our emergency needs!
