We are writing in support of Brian Blake for State Representative for District 19. The Washington Dungeness Crab Fishermen’s Association (WDCFA) board of directors is in full support of the re-election of Representative Brian Blake for the 19th District.
Brian was raised in Grays Harbor and continues to reside here. He understands and acts on issues vital to our businesses and community needs in Southwest Washington. Brian encourages dialogue and his door is always open. We especially appreciate his knowledge and continued support of our natural resource dependent communities.
Brian works well on both sides of the aisle and has been a strong advocate for the 19th District over the years. Brian is an invaluable voice for all of Southwest Washington as he is Chair of the House Committee on Rural Development, Agriculture, and Natural Resources.
Brian recognizes the benefits that fishing families and recreational opportunities bring to our coastal communities. His positions reflect the fundamental view that more resources and access to those resources is the key to success and enjoyment for everyone in our coastal communities. We need to keep his fair and steady hand at the wheel of the Natural Resources Committee and in the Legislature. It is imperative that we have an influential voice from the 19th District that understands the issues we face and that will continue to fight for all of us. Please join us in voting to re-elect Brian Blake.
