Wells / The Daily World More than 120 women showed up to 100+ Harbor Women Who Care in October 2022 and raised $14,200 for Coastal Community Action Program’s “The Walkthrough.” The event puts a large crowd inside the Hoquiam Elks Lodge — 624 K St. — to hear three still unknown nonprofits speak about their causes. Maryann Welch, one of the 10 women who organize the event, can’t wait for Tuesday’s iteration of the group’s gathering.
