For the third hearing in as many weeks, state prosecutors and defense attorneys have failed to reach an agreement about the next steps in the identity theft charges levied against Jordan Bowers, the biological mother and a prime suspect in the disappearance of her 6-year-old daughter Oakley Carlson. Both sides will be given until Thursday, April 20 to determine whether the case will go to trial or result in a plea.
