An anonymous caller threatened a student

Morgan, who was demonstrating her skills during the 54th annual Associated Arts Ocean Shores Arts & Crafts Festival, had plenty of hoops for people interested in joining her. Morgan danced with hoop and had a lot of fun doing so. “I always love this festival,” she said.
