Since the building burned in early February of last year it has been used by trasients, drug dealers and users and has been used for all kinds of criminal activity. The city has announced the building will be torn down by the end of July.

Dozens of cars lined the street and packed the lot across the street from the 8th Street Alehouse. People come from all over to show off their vehicles. This 1966 GMC truck and 1969 Chevrolet Impala were brought down from Lacey by owners Randy and Tena Nickle.
