DAN HAMMOCK | THE DAILY WORLD                                James Donald Walker was sentenced to the maximum of just over 7 1/2 years for second degree manslaughter for the death of James “Jimmy” Smith-Kramer on a gravel bar off Donkey Creek Road just under a year ago. Walker had pled guilty to the charge and four others associated with Smith-Kramer’s death and injuries caused to Henry Phillip Anderson during the same incident.
