David L. Ask

David Larry Ask, a longtime resident of Hoquiam, died Wednesday, June 2, 2021, at Grays Harbor Health & Rehab Center in Aberdeen. He was 78.

He had worked in various mills in the area.

A private urn committal will be held at Hoquiam’s Sunset Memorial Park.

Cremation arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

Thomas Candey

EVERETT — Everett resident Thomas A. Candey, an enrolled member of the Quinault Indian Nation, died Thursday, June 3, 2021, at Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett.

A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, June 11, at the Coleman Mortuary Chapel. Interment will follow at the Taholah Cemetery.

Stanley B. Markishtum Sr.

TAHOLAH — Stanley Bender Markishtum Sr. died Monday, June 7, 2021, at his home in Taholah. He was 61.

He had worked for Quinault Pride Seafood and as a commercial fisherman.

Visitation will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

A funeral will be at noon Monday, June 14, 2021, at the Lighthouse Fellowship Church in Taholah. Interment will follow at the Taholah Cemetery.
