Gordon Massoth died at his home in Aberdeen, Washington. He was 67.
He is survived by his companion, Darlene Massoth Powers, at the home. He is also survived by his son, Jake Massoth, who lives in Montesano; also his brother, Gary Massoth, and a close cousin Rita Zastrow.
He enjoyed fishing, working outdoors and was especially gentle with animals. He retired as an oil truck driver.
A private ceremony will be held at a later date.
