Barbara J. Carrigan was born in Aberdeen, Washington, on June 28, 1940, to Victor and Hazel Osina, but she was born again in 1956. Barbara left Sacred Heart Hospital to be with Jesus Feb. 28, 2020.

Barbara was active in the Salvation Army church and more recently Liberty Baptist Church in Republic. Barbara was a devoted wife and mother. Her family was her focus.

Barbara was preceded in death by her son, Michael Ray Carrigan, and her sister, Sharon Stover.

Barbara leaves behind her husband Glen and sons, Robert A. Carrigan (Martha) and Timothy W. Carrigan (Kathy); brothers Victor and Stanley Osina; sisters Vickie Stocker and Janice Siplia; grandchildren Katie De Ville (Martin), Ross, Kyle, Nicole, Natalie Anich (Jeff) and Jacob; and great-grandchild Wyatt Timothy Anich. A memorial service will be held on March 14, 11 a.m. at Liberty Baptist Church in Republic. There will be a celebration of life in Hoquiam, Washington, on June 27, 2020. More information later.
