Judith ‘Judy’ DuGay

Judith “Judy” DuGay, 87, passed away on May 25, 2026. She was born on July 21, 1938, in Aberdeen, Washington, to Cecil and Senia (Sandvik) Maine.
Judy graduated from Weatherwax High School in 1956. In 1973, she married the love of her life, Joe DuGay, and together they shared 53 wonderful years of marriage. A devoted Seattle Seahawks fan, Judy was one of the team’s original season ticket holders. She and Joe also operated a Seahawks bus service from Aberdeen, traveling with fellow fans to games for many years.
Judy and Joe enjoyed traveling together and created countless cherished memories during vacations to Lake Tahoe, the Bahamas, and Mexico. They also spent 13 winters in Casa Grande, Arizona. Above all else, Judy treasured her family and the many dogs she loved throughout her life.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Senia Maine; her husband, Joe DuGay; her sister, Billie Westling; and her brothers, Gilbert Craft, Eugene Maine, and Robert Maine.
She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Marie Maine, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Private graveside services were held at Sunset Memorial Park in Hoquiam. Arrangements were entrusted to Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.
