Janice E. (Powell) Kerr passed away peacefully at her home in Vancouver, Washington on Dec. 20, 2025.

Janice was born to Melvin and Marion Powell of Hoquiam, Washington. She is survived by her husband of 26 years Robert Kerr and her two sons Brandon Powell of Las Vegas and Darren Powell of Spokane, Washington.

Janice had requested to be placed next to her parents gravesite in Hoquiam.
