Michael Dean Winans, 71, Ocean Shores resident and former education grant coordinator at the University of Washington, died Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2025, at home. He was 71.

No formal services are scheduled.

Arrangements are by Twibell’s Fern HIll Funeral Home in Aberdeen.
